How to Overcome Fear

Overcoming fear is a very big question that trends on Google, every single individual suffers fear of some or the other thing it's not a problem but if you ignore it and don't overcome it, then this creates a problem. If you are really willing to overcome your fears or even anxiety then you are at the right place read till the end.

WHAT IS FEAR?

Friends first of all you need to know about the real meaning of FEAR that is 'For Ever be Alert and Ready.' Fear is nothing but something that makes us more alert for any of the unforeseen event.


Steps you should follow to overcome your fear:


1) ROUTINE IS THE KEY:

More than 40% of your problem will solve if you follow a proper routine which includes proper healthy diet, meditation, faith in God as without any hope it is very difficult to cope with fear, yoga, 10-15 minutes walk at least if you don't do any exercise.

2) WRITE IT AND REMOVE IT:

As the heading says you first need to make a proper list of all the fears you have, then you need to face them one by one. If you know the problem, then you can definitely find the solution for it. Failure teaches us more than success; you need to learn from it. Sometimes holding on gives more pain than just let it go, let your thoughts come and go like waves in the ocean. When it disturbs you too hard, then all you need to do is just breathe for 2-3 minutes, think how worse can it go, believe me it doesn't take more than 10 minutes, just hold on to that thought.

3) IMAGINE THE POSITIVITY:

Imagination gives you the power to think out of the box; it takes you anywhere whether good or bad depends on your view. To make your mind more positive, you should try to be calm, close your eyes, imagine the situation that creates fear for you and try to solve them peacefully in your mind.

4) NATURE IS A REAL HEALER:

You can't always be at your therapist's place; you need to make yourself that much strong that you can overcome your fear when required. The best way to reduce it is exercise or if you can't do this, then at least try 10-15 minutes walk daily and increase it thereafter. If you can, then please invest in plants, grow plants at your home, it really makes you feel the best. This personally experimented on me and 23 people and really, they told me that their experiences are great. Nature calms people, reduces their stress level, and changes their mood.

5) GET ON NEW THINGS:

An empty mind is a devil's workshop, try to involve in new things, something that you like, something that makes you busy. For example, if you are having a fear of public speaking, then you should join any skill like a gym, yoga club, cricket, anything and try to be confident at that place from the beginning, make your image like a great speaker, slowly this will help in other places also.
